Refund policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from The Stately Collections. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tees, make-up, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. All Flash Sales are Final Sale.

If you return a final sale item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thestatelycollections.com.
